Aditi Mishra, Psychologist

Introduction

Hi, I’m Aditi Mishra, a psychologist dedicated to supporting mental health through accessible online therapy. I believe that every individual deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions, overcome challenges, and grow personally and emotionally.

Qualifications

I hold a Double Masters in Psychology & an MBA in HR and have undergone extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My professional foundation ensures that every session combines compassion with proven psychological methods.

Professional Experience

Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse organizations, supporting professionals with stress management, emotional well-being, and workplace challenges. This experience helped me understand the pressures people face in both personal and professional contexts, shaping my approach to therapy.

Why I Started ItsOkaySpace

After witnessing the gaps in mental health accessibility, especially for people who cannot easily reach a clinic, I decided to create ItsOkaySpace, a personal, online mental health practice. Here, therapy is not limited by location, commute, or schedules. My aim is to make professional psychological support approachable, flexible, and human.

Why Own Practice

Running my own practice allows me to design sessions that are truly client-centered, without the constraints of organizational policies or rigid protocols. Every session is tailored to your unique journey, ensuring that your mental health is prioritized in a way that feels personal, safe, and empowering.

At ItsOkaySpace, it’s all about you, your well-being, your growth, and your journey toward clarity, balance, and resilience.

Mission

This is for the moments you whisper, “I can’t keep holding all of this.” ItsOkaySpace is here so you don’t have to. A place to breathe, to spill, to just be, without judgment, without pressure.

Vision

A world where asking for help feels natural, not shameful. Where no one has to carry their pain alone. ItsOkaySpace exists to hold you when life feels heavy, because it’s okay to need a space that holds you!
